At Quad Warehouse, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
